Hopestreet’s 98 Front Launches Sales in Dumbo

Dumbo’s newest ground-up luxury condominium, 98 Front, has launched sales with new listings going live on the project’s website Monday. The development on the Brooklyn waterfront from Hopestreet Capital reached its full height of 10 stories this past spring, and is on track for its anticipated completion in spring 2020.

“We believe that 98 Front presents an incredible investment opportunity for buyers,” said Hopestreet partner Sha Dinour. “With best-in-class finishes and over 100 layouts, each home is architecturally distinct. This translates to smart, one-of-a-kind floor plans that interact seamlessly with the exterior of the building.”

Dinour cited the amenities at 98 Front, including a co-working-style lounge, saltwater pool and an expansive rooftop with bocce, BBQs and an outdoor gym, “plus preinstalled smart technology like automated Latch locks and the ButterflyMX system.” Such features, he added, “are what savvy buyers are looking for today.”

Connect Texas Multifamily will take place August 15, 2019 in Dallas. For more information, or to register, click here.
