Hana Launches Product Council to Address Needs of Office Tenants

Hana, a New York-based subsidiary of CBRE, launched a new product council, Hana Innovation Partners (HIP), intended to address evolving needs from both tenants and employees in the current and post-COVID-19 eras. The council includes representatives from top companies such as Samsung, Herman Miller, Structure Tone and Muraflex.

Recent research commissioned by Hana points to a growing need for both more flexibility from employees to work outside the office, at least part time, and a place to meet with colleagues for in-person interactions. The HIP council will create a guide that outlines a range of solutions for safe and productive meetings in the COVID-19 era, and plans to issue the guide later this year.

“We’re eager for the HIP program to develop solutions that increase safety and team performance while inspiring employees to once again meet face-to-face with their colleagues,” said Andrew Kao, VP of product, Hana.
