Glacier Equities Launches Sales on Co-op Buildings in the Bronx and Inwood

Glacier Equities has begun sales for Origin North, a collection of nine vintage co-op buildings in the Bronx and Inwood. Renovations are underway to bring a complete developer restoration to the residences along with common spaces and building-wide capital improvements.

“We are so pleased to undertake restorations and renovations at these buildings, both bringing them back to their original beauty while simultaneously updating and modernizing apartments for some of the best-priced, highest-quality renovations available for sale in New York City without tearing down and building new,” said Myles Horn, principal, Glacier Equities.

Studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences in Norwood, Fordham, Bedford Park, University Heights, Concourse, Inwood, and Spuyten Duyvil – Riverdale are available. Residences in each building have been reimagined, while preserving original features unique to each property.

Corcoran is handling marketing and sales. Virtual and in-person tours are available, along with model residences in many of the buildings.
