The Fordham Real Estate Institute and The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) will stage a co-sponsored event, the fourth on which the two organizations have partnered. Titled “The State of Real Estate: The Path Forward in a Post Pandemic World,”. the virtual panel will take place on Jan. 5, 2021.
“While there have been numerous discussions about what has gone on in the industry during the COVID-19 crisis, there has not been a public conversation about how developers, landlords and tenants are navigating the new normal and how changing consumer confidence given news of a vaccine is impacting the way we do business,” said Dr. Anthony R. Davidson, dean, Fordham University School of Professional and Continuing Studies.
He added, “The BCW has been the ideal partner to help us shine a spotlight on the changing real estate landscape, and we are looking forward to once again hosting a spectacular event.”
