Digital Promotions Firm Expands Midtown West HQ

Handler Real Estate Organization said Quotient Technology Inc. has signed a long-term expansion for its New York City headquarters at 263 W. 38th St., now occupying 15,000 square feet in the Handler-owned property. The tenant is a digital promotions, media and analytics company.

“Quotient Technology is a sophisticated tenant who wanted to further expand its New York City headquarters space in a high-quality building and in a prime Midtown West location,” said Handler CEO and principal Scott Galin. Along with Darell Handler and Alex Bush, Galin represented ownership in the expansion.

Galin noted that Quotient was originally drawn to the building because it required flexible space with an abundance of light, in a well-run property with convenient access to retail, restaurants, and mass transportation.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Burlant and Greg Herman represented Quotient in the expansion transaction.
