Camber, Valyrian Launch Leasing at Newly Completed MXU

Camber Property Group and Valyrian Capital said Tuesday that leasing has begun for 132 residences at The Strand, a newly completed mixed-use development at the intersection of Brooklyn’s Bushwick neighborhood and Ridgewood in Queens. Leasing at The Strand, located at 178 Woodward Ave. a.k.a. 10 Troutman St., is being handled by Corcoran New Development.

The unit mix includes 33 studios, 71 one-bedrooms, 25 two-bedroom / two-bathrooms and three three-bedroom / two bathrooms. Net effective pricing starts at $2,050 a month for a studio and up to $3,985 for a three-bedroom.

The building was designed by Aufgang Architects, and the apartment interiors and amenities were created by Dumbo-based Meshberg Group.

The Strand is located three blocks from the Jefferson Avenue L subway stop, as well as the B38, B57 and Q54 bus routes. CitiBike docks are also available in the surrounding neighborhood.
