Avison’s Tri-State Team Markets Nolita Storage Facility

Recent Top Broker Award honorees, the Tri-State Investment Sales Group  for Avison Young has been engaged to sell a Class A self-storage facility at 262 Mott St. in Manhattan’s Nolita neighborhood. The asking price is $16,950,000.

An Avison Young team of James Nelson, Brent Glodowski, Mitchell Levine and Bradley Rothschild is marketing the property on behalf of ownership.

Managed by Public Storage as its Manhattan flagship location, the 262 Mott facility offers 344 individual climate-controlled storage units in a variety of sizes across 14,061 rentable square feet. The units span the ground and three basement floors and feature keypad entry, along with 24/7 surveillance.

“Storage facilities in Manhattan have traditionally proven to be good investments and we’re excited to offer 262 Mott for sale,” said Glodowski. “Space remains a luxury in Lower Manhattan as multifamily tenants and commercial tenants alike are always seeking more of it.”
