Atlas Realty Lists Bed-Stuy Residential

Atlas Realty Group Partners has been named the sales agent for 242-248 Bainbridge St., a 32-apartment, contiguous residential property in Brooklyn’s Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. ARG principal Shlomo Antebi is the lead broker for this assignment, which has a price target of $13,000,000.

The package consists of four contiguous walk-up apartment buildings, situated between Bed-Stuy’s Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue. It includes a combination of two- and three-bedroom apartments and features two antennas as well as an on-site laundry facility. Most of the apartments at this property have been recently renovated.

“242-248 Bainbridge St. represents an extremely attractive opportunity for an investor who is looking for a cash-flowing asset that is well positioned for continued appreciation, due to a large number of market-rate apartments, an investor-friendly tax class status, and its location in a destination neighborhood,” Antebi said.
