Women in Real Estate 2020: Yael Duffy Brings An Arsenal of Skill to The RMR Group

Yael Duffy serves as Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust and Vice President of Asset Management at The RMR Group, and currently oversees 300 industrial and logistics properties, totaling more than 43.8 million square feet of real estate.

Since joining The RMR Group 15 years ago, Duffy has consistently challenged herself and exceeded, rising within the company utilizing her extensive financial experience, interpersonal skills, and unrelenting work ethic. She made herself an invaluable asset to the company, in her role as Vice President, Duffy and her team drove 7.6 million square feet of leasing volume, representing a total of over $1.3 billion in rental revenue.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Duffy as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Duffy serves as a leader in RMR’s program to provide a space for women to discuss important topics impacting them in the workplace. Sheida Milan, Senior Marketing Manager of The RMR Group, says of her colleague, “She is bold, decisive and never afraid to give her opinion, which has given me the confidence to do the same. As a senior leader at RMR, she serves as inspiration to young professionals. I’m proud to not only call her a colleague, but a friend.”
