Women in Real Estate 2020: Sarah Dreyer Brings Passion, Mentorship to Savills
Sarah Dreyer has been recognized as being incredibly passionate about helping young professionals, particularly women, within the CRE industry though her philanthropic and community work. Dreyer has channeled that passion as a mentor with the vast number of organizations she is involved in.
Dreyer currently serves as vice president and head of Americas research at Savills’ Washington, DC office. In this role, she oversees all research and market analysis activities throughout Savills offices in the United States and Canada.
Sarah began her career at Savills as regional director of research and within a year of employment, her responsibilities were expanded as she took on the additional role as head of research for the Savills Legal Tenant Practice. Dreyer’s thoroughness and analytical perspective has helped Savills win numerous clients and projects, resulting in millions of dollars in revenue.
Sarah is a founding member of Savills’ Women’s Integrated Network program, which aims to advance the careers of women within the company as well as being active with organizations such as NAIOP, CREBA and the DC Commercial Market Research Consortium.
In the short time Dreyer has been with Savills, she has provided the firm and clients with high-caliber tools and data, insightful thought leadership and perspective and in-depth reports and analyses. She brings value to each project with her strong business acumen, thorough market expertise and enthusiastic work ethic.
