Michelle Rozakis serves as Principal of Capacity Commercial Group in Portland. She was a key figure in the merger between Real Estate Investment Group and Capacity Commercial Group in early 2020, a fact that’s reinforced by Rozakis being named Capacity’s first woman partner.

Rozakis has earned the trust as an advisor to local, regional and national developers as well as tenants in the Portland Metro Area. She specializes in both landlord and tenant representation, with a focus on new construction projects both in retail and in the life science sector. She brings a strong history of advising and leasing-up ground-up mixed-use buildings and new construction projects. Rozakis is adept at analyzing complex market trends and establishing requirements critical to successful implementation of customer-centered solutions.

She spearheads the retail team that won Retail Broker Team of the Year in 2018 and 2019 for the Commercial Association of Brokers for Oregon and SW Washington.
