Women in Real Estate 2020: KCB Management’s Megan Pautler-Gutnikov Cultivates Relationships
Megan Pautler-Gutnikov serves as Vice President of Pasadena-based KCB Management. She has sourced, negotiated and closed more than 25 commercial real estate joint venture equity investments with an aggregate asset value exceeding $550 million during her tenure with the firm.
She has cultivated relationships with experienced real estate operators who garner demonstrated track records in the development or acquisition of value-add and opportunistic multifamily, industrial, office, healthcare, senior housing and hospitality assets across the nation. Pautler-Gutnikov’s unique positioning and skillset crosses over to KCB Private Equity, an affiliate of the firm’s real estate arm. She acquires and supports portfolio companies as buy-and-build investor in U.S.-based operating businesses with EBITDA between $2 million to $8 million.
She also serves on the board of Spiral Binding, the largest independent business-to-business supplier of document finishing and binding supplies and equipment in the U.S., and Intellectual Holdings, a managed service organization for 10 men’s concierge healthcare centers branded as Universal Men’s Clinic.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Pautler-Gutnikov as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners in California. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
