In her 32 years in the industry, Kristin Blount, Executive Vice President & Shareholder of Colliers International | Boston, has fostered an unparalleled reputation within her company and her community. She has completed more than $3.5 billion transactions throughout her career for prestigious clients such as Beth Israel Lahey Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Mintz Levin and other organizations.
Blount consistently seeks opportunities to challenge herself – although she excelled in her position as a salesperson, she applied to MIT’s Center for Real Estate to establish her financial training, later landing a role on Colliers’ Urban Team. She took on speaking opportunities and contributed to articles not only to increase her visibility and credibility, but to improve her public speaking skills and writing as well. Her determination to go above and beyond ensures that her clients receive unparalleled service.
