Women in Real Estate 2020: JLL’s Kimberly Lamb is Healthcare Real Estate Thought Leader
JLL’s Kimberly Lamb has been involved in CRE for more than 36 years and is known as a thought leader and advocate for predictive analytics as well as utilizing BI and AI in Healthcare Real Estate. Lamb has been on the leading edge of using BI and predictive analytics for managing healthcare real estate portfolios and strategy to maximize cost savings and value propositions.
Lamb has been at the forefront during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, publishing multiple articles for the industry and presenting in help sessions as early on as April on how to manage healthcare real estate through the pandemic.
For the past ten years, Lamb has been in national roles specializing in healthcare real estate strategy, management and leasing. Prior to that, she worked as a national leader for firms such as Trammell Crow, CBRE and Colliers overseeing all facets of CRE for office, retail, industrial, healthcare and mixed-use.
She’s known for a deep involvement with mentoring students and others interested in getting their foot in the door in CRE.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Lamb as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
