Women in Real Estate 2020: LandQwest Commercial’s Julia Sosa is Networking Force in Central Florida

Julia Sosa has a rare ability to hang with the ‘big dogs’ in the commercial real estate world by networking with other brokers around Florida, and the country, to bring in new business and shape Orlando’s retail landscape.

Sosa has been recognized for developing a noteworthy roster of brokers, developers, landlords and other professional contacts. She leverages this intelligence and network to help countless women build their business contacts and relationships as well.

She offers leadership, both inside and out of the office and seems to be one step ahead of the trends, as she carefully studies the latest news, industry updates and local events. As such, she is well-known to offer insights on what is going on in the retail industry.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Sosa as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
