Opus Signs Denso as First Tenant at Indiana Facility

The Opus Group signed Denso Products and Services Americas, Inc. to a 311,483-square-foot lease at a recently-completed industrial building at River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, IN. The 426,450-square-foot industrial building, in the greater Louisville, KY market, features 32-foot clear heights as well as 44 dock positions.

“We were thrilled to work with Denso and provide them with a distribution solution that allows them to better serve their clients,” said Opus’ Douglas J. Swain. “This is our first project in the greater Louisville market, and we look forward to bringing more industrial developments to this high-demand market.”

Denso’s first facility in the market will allow it to continue expanding future operations and gain better access to major transportation routes. The site, off State Route 62 and near major freeways, will serve as a distribution center of Denso automotive technology systems and components to regional automotive manufacturers.

CBRE’s Kevin Groves represented the landlord.
