2020 Next Generation Honoree: Newmark Knight Frank’s Bryte Bellotti Drives Leading Edge

With just five years in the real estate industry, NKF’s Bryte Bellotti is already a stand-out broker. In 2019, she provided her clients with leading-edge real estate services completing 259 sale and lease transactions valued at over $402 million on nearly 1.5 million square feet of real estate.

As a director in NKF’s Palo Alto office, Bellotti advises clients on the development and execution of office and R&D lease and investment transactions throughout the Bay Area. Clients appreciate her knowledge of the market, her loyalty and her thoroughness in the representation process.

Prior to NKF, Bellotti worked as an account executive for Box.com, where she was responsible for closing emerging business sales, generating and expanding pipeline for F500 enterprise sales, advising her clients and maintaining customer relationships at the C-level.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Bellotti as one of the California 2020 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
