2020 Next Generation Honoree: Horvath & Tremblay’s Kyle Danielson Credited as Articulate and Hard-Working Professional

Kyle Danielson has been recognized by his peers as an articulate, smart, hardworking and efficient broker. Danielson puts clients first and is able to build strong relationships with all types of clients. Danielson is efficient but is noted for having “old school” tenancies. For example, he always thanks clients by writing hand-written notes and sends small gifts to clients when he can.

He also has an in-depth knowledge of his market that most other professionals do not possess. Danielson knows what deals are being developed, who are the most active buyers and he is able to drive great pricing and terms for clients. Danielson is a hard worker, which makes him accessible to clients and colleagues at any time.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Danielson to be one of the Boston region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Prior to joining Connect, Paul was Managing Editor for both Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com at American Lawyer Media, where he oversaw operations at both publications while also producing daily news and feature-length articles. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
