2020 Next Generation Honoree: Callahan Construction Managers’ Jessica Anthony is Dedicated Self-Starter

Since starting with Callahan Construction Managers in 2013, Jessica Anthony has become a leader for the company. In seven years, she has worked her way to the top through tenacity and dedication, culminating with Anthony being named Project Executive at the age of 32, the youngest person to have ever earned that title within Callahan.

In addition to her responsibilities as a Project Executive, Anthony has also stepped up and taken on a role that focuses on employee and procedure development over the past three years. In both positions, Anthony’s goal is for Callahan employees to know that she is invested in the company’s success as a whole. She takes the time to work through problems and teach staff the right way to do things so that they can be successful on their own.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Anthony to be one of the Boston region’s 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Anthony has been noted as being an integral part of creating and executing company protocols, reviewing jobs with the project teams and making sure that every team member is trained properly. Further, Anthony encourages everyone to invest time in themselves to be better and do better, which motivates her peers.
