2020 Next Generation Honoree: LV Lending’s Catalina Restrepo Shines as Accomplished Leader in Florida

As LV Lending’s operations manager, Catalina Restrepo has been a stand-out member of the firm’s leadership team, successfully adjusting to LV Lending’s modified business model and proactively taking on added responsibilities on her own accord. Restrepo has been recognized by her peers for her dedication, tenacity and leadership skills.

Restrepo independently spearheaded several creative initiatives to effectively lead her firm’s operational team of six out of two countries. Restrepo launched and conducted a series of meetings designed to garner feedback and ascertain process improvement opportunities. These meetings became so productive that executive management implemented them in its corporate structure for the entire firm.

Restrepo has been recognized by her peers for her constant willingness to learn, modify and improve processes, and uncover new methods for efficiency. She has been able to retain lenders by staying updated and knowledgeable on resources regarding allocation, a process that was missed by others in the firm.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Restrepo to be one of the Florida regions 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
