2020 Next Generation Honoree: Transwestern’s Carlos Gaviria is Client-First CRE Broker

Carlos Gaviria has been an integral part of the Transwestern team for the past 11 years. Gaviria understands value creation and its importance to clients and the CRE business. He has also been involved in the young leadership group within Transwestern.

Passionate about civic and community engagement, Gaviria serves on two committees for the Beacon Council, a public-private partnership and official economic organization for Miami-Dade County. He has also been a part of the New Leaders Taskforce, a young leaders group, since its inception, and he serves on the marketing sub-committee for the Trade & Logistics Committee, which supports and promotes education and training programs within the industry.

Gaviria has become intricately connected with the South Florida community over the past several years. He has been recognized by his peers as a master networker who connects with business leaders, not just real estate professionals, as well as having a client-first mentality.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Gaviria to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2020 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s fourth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
