Jim Underhill Steps Down as Cresa CEO
Jim Underhill will step down from his role as CEO of Cresa and as a member of the Washington, DC-based tenant-rep firm’s board, effective Feb. 15. The board named board member Tod Lickerman as interim CEO, and plans to engage an executive search firm to help find a permanent CEO.
A Cresa board member since 2019, Lickerman previously served as global president and Americas CEO at Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he was global CEO of DTZ, where he led the firm through privatization and acquiring Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield.
Underhill said, “I’m proud of how we have raised the visibility and competitiveness of Cresa in the global tenant advisory space. The recent leadership additions and changes have helped to establish a strong foundation for continued momentum. It has been a true pleasure leading Cresa and I look forward to witnessing further success for this extraordinary organization.”
