Do You Know a Rising Star in CRE?

Connect Media’s 2020 Next Generation Awards shined a spotlight on an impressive list of more than 100 of commercial real estate’s most talented young professionals. For 2021, we will again highlight an all-new class of honorees.

Submissions have been flowing in since we opened nominations for our fifth annual Next Gen awards last week and we are looking forward to getting as much industry participation as possible.

As in previous editions of our Next Generation Awards, we intend to spotlight rising stars from each of the regions we cover. That means Next Generation honorees in California, Seattle, Phoenix, Texas, Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington, Atlanta and Florida, in addition to National candidates.

Just as we’re looking for Next Generation nominees from across the country, we’re also looking for candidates from across the CRE spectrum. Last year’s winners included rising stars in development, finance, ownership, technology and architecture, to name a few of the disciplines that were represented.

After considering your recommendations, we’ll choose this year’s honorees. We’ll begin announcing them in May.

Candidates must be 35 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2021.

Please return your nomination by April 9, 2020.
