CREXi Bolsters Leadership Team with Trio of Hires

Los Angeles-based Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc. (CREXi) expanded its leadership team with three key senior hires. The online platform hired Hans Ku as Chief Product Officer, Courtney Ettus as Chief Marketing Officer and Bob Drury (pictured) as Managing Director.

Drury brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, and will be responsible for the growth of transactional programs. Most recently, Drury ran Business Development in the Western U.S. and was a top producer for Ten-X.

Ku is tasked with growing the product team and building product features and enhancements. Following a long career at DreamWorks, he formed PTCH, which was acquired by Yahoo. Other career stops include Flipagram, Bytedance, and most recently, Weedmaps.

Ettus is responsible for the growth of the company’s brand, in addition to customer acquisition and demand generation. She was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Greenfly.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Content and Public Relations for Connect Commercial Real Estate. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements. Dennis has been involved in a host of charitable and community organizations including the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals, BoyScouts, Chrysalis Foundation, Freedom For Life, HOLA, L.A.’s BEST, Reach Out and Read, Super Bowl Host Committee, and Thunderbirds Charities.
