Sage Partners and Griffin Company Realtors broke ground on Parkway Plaza, a Class A office and mixed-use development in Springdale, AR. The 27-acre site includes commercial lots for sale envisioned for a hotel or restaurant, ground lease and build-to-suit options, as well as Class A multi-story office buildings.
Sage Partners is teaming up with Southwest Springdale Forty-Nine, LLC to serve as the developers of the project. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2018. Southwest Springdale Forty-Nine also plans to construct a 40,000-square-foot office building.
Located at the intersection of Interstate 49 and Don Tyson Parkway, the project is near Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Arvest Ball Park, and Sam’s Club, Parkway Plaza and will offer a park-like setting with walking trails, green spaces, and views of the Ozark Mountains near a number of desirable amenities.
