Go Behind the Scenes of the 270 Park Redevelopment (Video)

Following “the largest voluntary building demolition in the world,” JPMorgan Chase will start fresh with a new headquarters tower at 270 Park Ave. It’s all happening thanks to the rezoning of Midtown East.

In the video posted above, Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlie Stephens follows up his recent tour of the Cornell Tech project on Roosevelt Island, and provides Connect New York readers with a run-up to this unprecedented redevelopment project. He also offers a look ahead at Chase’s plans between tearing down the old at 270 Park, and opening the new to its employees.
