Transwestern Real Estate Services has secured a 77,966-square-foot industrial lease with Iberia Foods Corp. at Centergate at Gratigny, a three-building, 1.6 million-square-foot industrial property at 5801 and 6301 E. 10th Ave. in Hialeah.

Transwestern’s South Florida Industrial Team of Thomas Kresse, Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg and Carlos Gaviria, represented the undisclosed owner in the transaction. Michael Waite of the Easton Group represented Iberia Foods in the transaction.

“We are pleased to execute this lease with Iberia Foods in Phase I of Centergate at Gratigny,” said Kresse. “This prominent, Class A industrial park is centrally located in north Miami-Dade County, right off the Gratigny Expressway, making it an ideal location for distribution throughout South Florida.
