Daytona Beach Retail Center Trades for $3M

JLL has arranged the $2.7 million sale of Palmetto Pointe, a 9,594-square-foot retail strip center in Daytona Beach. Tarik Bateh, John Krzyminski, Jennifer Swanson and Max Krzyminski of JLL represented the seller, Gatlin Development Co., in the transaction. The buyer was an undisclosed private investor.

Built in 2016, the center is located at 3801-3991 S. Clyde Morris Blvd., and is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

“Palmetto Pointe presented a compelling investment opportunity for the buyer to acquire a newly-built, durable shopping center adjacent to a high-volume Walmart Neighborhood Market in a fast-growing, coastal Florida community,” said Bateh.
