CushWake Brokers $19M Sale of Two Daytona Beach MF Properties

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the combined $19.2 million sale of Southern Villas and Whisper Oaks Villas, two adjacent townhome communities in Daytona Beach.

The communities consist of Whisper Oaks, a 105-unit townhome community located at 300 Forest Glen Blvd. and Southern Villas, a 58-unit townhome community located at 239 Oak Tree Circle. Amenities at the communities include swimming pools and a tennis court.

Mike Donaldson and Nick Meoli of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers in the separate transactions. Mandrake Daytona Corp. sold Whisper Oaks Villas for $12.4 million and Styles Holdings sold Southern Villas for $6.79 million. Denny St. Romain, Charles Crapse and Alex Kupp of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, Ty and Tovah Lohman.
