
Colliers Florida has hired Jonathan Rosen as a director of retail services in the firm’s South Florida office. In his new role, Rosen aligns his practice alongside Colliers’ retail team of Jonathan Carter, Dave Preston, Alan Esquenazi, Sabrina Stimming, Nikki Traff and Boris Kozolchyk to continue Rosen’s work in leasing retail space for both landlord and tenant clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Rosen most recently held the position of Senior Associate with JLL South Florida’s retail services practice. He began his real estate career in a property management role with Colliers. Rosen founded the popular networking group FORE (Future of Real Estate), which has more than 250 members ages 21-40 in the commercial real estate industry. He was also a recipient of the 2020 Connect CRE Next Gen Award.
