Cabot Inks Deal with Trane in West Palm Beach
Boston-based Cabot Properties signed a more than 63,000 renewal and expansion lease with Trane at Vista Distribution Center in Palm Beach County. The roughly 77,931-square-foot warehouse and distribution center at 6965 Vista Parkway North was developed in 2008 on a 6.3-acre site in West Palm Beach.
The 90%-leased building features 18-foot clear heights, an ESFR fire safety system and grade-level loading and 52-foot column spacing. The asset is situated within the Vista Distribution Center campus, which is conveniently located at the northwest corner of Okeechobee Boulevard and Florida’s Turnpike, with frontage on Jog Road.
Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team of Christopher Thomson, Chris Metzger, Richard F. Etner, Jr. and Matthew G. McAllister negotiated the lease on behalf of the Boston-based building owner.
Thomson says, “The modern, state-of-the-art campus is ideally situated near the turnpike and interstate system, allowing exceptional access to South Florida and the Treasure Coast.”
