Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $5.8 million sale of Bradenton Office Plaza, a 41,027-square-foot office property in Tampa’s Bradenton submarket.
Located at 812 62nd St. Cir E, the property is situated on more than six acres. There are a total of seven office buildings totaling approximately 6000 square feet and one retail building totaling 4000 square feet. The retail building is anchored by Dunkin’ Donuts operated by a multi-unit operator. Units in the building range from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet.
Salim Valiani and Andrew Jaworski of Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
