Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Southern Nevada team with the addition of a group of appraisers. Petra Latch (MAI), along with Erica L. Smith, and Jimmy Schuster, joined the firm’s Las Vegas office. Latch, who joins as Executive Director, previously owned the Criterion Group and has been actively appraising and consulting on commercial real estate since 1999.
