Tishman Speyer Names Leasing Lead for Chicago, Midwest

Adam Mitchell has joined Tishman Speyer as managing director of leasing for the Midwest region, based in Chicago. He joins the firm after 20 years with Savills.

Alongside managing director Ellen May, Mitchell will oversee leasing activity for Tishman Speyer’s large office portfolio in Chicago, totaling seven million square feet.

In addition to prominent properties such as CME Center and The Franklin, the portfolio will include 320 North Sangamon, currently under development in Fulton Market, and the planned 1.3-million-square-foot office tower at 130 North Franklin. Mitchell will also help oversee leasing strategy in certain other markets as Tishman Speyer continues to grow.

“Adam’s client-centric approach fits perfectly with ours and is a major reason why we welcomed the opportunity to bring him on board,” said Tishman Speyer senior managing director Ryan Botjer. “He will play an important role as we continue to grow within the Chicago marketplace and elsewhere.”
