SNAProducts Expands for Third Time in Clear Height Portfolio

Northbrook, IL-based SNAProducts has completed a lease for approximately 5,100 square feet at 714 Landwehr in Northbrook, to accommodate the continued growth and expansion of the woman-owned business.

Launched 20 years ago by Kate Kimmerle, SNAProducts and its subsidiaries now occupy almost 20,000 square feet in buildings owned and managed by Clear Height Properties. The new space will be home to a subsidiary company, SNAP Healthcare.

This is the third time Clear Height has leased space to SNAProducts since 2016. Its original lease for just over 7,000 square feet at 3149 MacArthur Boulevard in Northbrook is used as corporate headquarters. Earlier this year, SNAProducts leased another 7,000 square feet at 3135 MacArthur Blvd.

“The ability to accommodate the growth and expansion needs of Kate Kimmerle and the companies under SNAProducts is at the core of what Clear Height Properties strives to offer tenants,” said Clear Height COO Joe Sergi.
