The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) recently named its new executive board officers for the year 2021. Adam Marshall, senior managing director with Newmark, will lead the organization, which includes 170 of the top office and industrial real estate brokers in the Chicago market.
Additional board members include Sam Badger, SVP with CBRE, who will serve as chapter vice president; and Peter Billmeyer, co-founder and managing principal, Bespoke Commercial Real Estate, who will serve as chapter secretary.
Chris Gary, EVP, NAI Hiffman, will serve as chapter treasurer; John Cassidy, principal, Lee & Associates, will serve as director-at-large; and Tom Boyle, principal, Lee & Associates, will serve as recruitment chair.
