Premier Design Readies Seefried Industrial Complex

Premier Design + Build Group is putting the finishing touches on a new industrial complex for real estate developer Seefried Industrial Properties. The two-building spec warehouse facility is being built at 202-228 E. Devon Ave. in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Building 1 will have 79,290 square feet and a 32’ clear height. Building 2 will be slightly larger at 83,052 square feet. Each of the buildings will have two drive-in doors, 12 dock doors, four future docks, and an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system.

Premier’s team for the Seefried assignment includes project manager Mitch Braam, project superintendent Dan Wolf, and SVP/Midwest market leader Michael Long.

“These two buildings will offer the latest modern amenities for tenants on a site that has excellent access to O’Hare International Airport and major highways including I-294, I-290, I-90, and I-355,” said Long.
