Paine Wetzel’s Reiff Team Wraps Up Two O’Hare Deals

Two industrial leases in the O’Hare submarket have been completed by the Paine Wetzel – TCN Worldwide team of Phil Reiff and Phil Reiff, Sr. The duo represented Optima Transportation in leasing 28,355 square feet for its long-haul trucking facility located at 11101 Franklin Ave. (pictured) in Franklin Park, IL. Optima’s unit has 13 exterior docks and 16 dedicated trailer positions.

Landlord Blackstone Real Estate was represented by Kevin Segerson of CBRE.

The Reiff team also represented Giant Finishing, a manufacturer of vibrating deburring equipment, in a deal for 35,034 square feet at 600 Factory Rd. in Addison, IL.

Justin Lerner of Transwestern represented the landlord, Venture One.
