Nicholas Kanich Returns to Marcus & Millichap as First VP

Nicholas Kanich rejoined Marcus & Millichap as a first VP investments based in Downtown Chicago. Kanich started his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and spent seven years with the firm. Most recently, he was a senior director with JLL’s Net Lease Property Group.

Kanich has handled more than $1.2 billion in investment transactions nationally, with extensive experience in shopping centers, high-street retail, triple-net sales, and passive cash flow net-lease assets. His national credit tenant portfolio includes Bank of America, McDonald’s and Walgreens.

“Nick is a seasoned single-tenant net lease property investment expert who returns to the firm with extensive market knowledge and experience in the institutional marketplace,” said David Bradley, regional manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office. “His familiarity with the benefits that investors gain from our unique platform for the marketing and sale of net lease assets will be of great value to clients.”
