ML Realty Partners is launching the development of two new speculative industrial buildings totaling 605,300 square feet in Bensenville, IL. The firm plans to break ground this summer on two buildings that will accommodate tenants from 75,000 square feet to 307,700 square feet.
Planned for delivery in spring of 2022, the two-building development is intended to accommodate a wide range of users. It will feature 40’ clear heights, heavy auto parking and substantial trailer parking.
“This development, on our recently completed land assemblage, will respond to the demand for extremely rare, 40’ clear, Class A industrial space on the DuPage County side of the O’Hare submarket,” said Tim Geisler, VP of ML Realty.
Andrew Maletich, Matt Garland and Dustin Albers of Cawley Chicago represented ML Realty in the land assemblage. The team will also be responsible for leasing the buildings.
