Infuse Hospitality, a company that develops and manages hospitality amenities for offices and traditional retail spaces, has opened the “Luminary,” a café and bar at 303 East Wacker. The 30-story office building, owned by Beacon Capital Partners, occupies 944,000 square-feet on the riverfront in downtown Chicago’s East Loop submarket.
“This opening is a great example of Beacon’s continued commitment to tenants by investing in hospitality amenities throughout the pandemic, and that the return to the office is on the near horizon,” said Michael Schultz, founder and CEO of Infuse Hospitality.
The Luminary’s offerings will be rolled out in two phases. Guests may now choose from an extensive menu of craft coffee and tea varietals, fresh pastries, and grab & go breakfast and lunch items. Chef-made barbites and classic cocktails will also be served in the space at a later date.
