Flex Building Trades in Kinzie Corridor for Adaptive Reuse

Cawley Chicago’s adaptive reuse and redevelopment team, consisting of Zach Pruitt and Nicholas Schaefer, recently closed on the disposition of 1900 W. Hubbard St., an 18,000-square-foot flex warehouse building in the Kinzie Corridor on the city’s West Side. The sales price was not disclosed.

The property sits on a 30,000-square-foot lot and consists of first-floor flex and warehouse space with loft office on the second floor. “1900 W. Hubbard is situated on an ideal hard corner lot along the corridor of connection between West Town’s Grand Avenue and the United Center, making this prime location perfectly situated between the Kinzie Corridor and the Chicago Brewing District,”said Pruitt.

Cawley Chicago represented the owner, Complete Lighting, in the sale and was retained by the buyer, OMP, LLC, to lease the property. OMP plans to redevelop the site into a new flex, office, light retail property.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
