Cresa Chicago Promotes Liz Roberts to Principal

Liz Roberts has been promoted to principal – account management at Cresa’s Chicago office. Roberts, who has been with Cresa for 11 years, was previously an SVP in the Chicago office, focusing on multi-market account management.

“Liz is a sophisticated dealmaker with all of the qualities great leaders possess,” said Tad Laws, Chicago market leader at Cresa. “She makes the people around her better, and we are very fortunate to have her as a teammate.”

Roberts specializes in corporate services, using critical thinking skills to help companies make real estate decisions that fall in line with their financial and cultural goals. She leads Cresa Chicago’s industrial practice group and has served as the account manager for one of the firm’s largest portfolio accounts for the past 10 years. Since taking the lead, she has managed day-to-day operations, transaction management, and implemented a wide range of best practices.
