CBRE Promotes Matt Mulvihill to Vice Chairman

Matt Mulvihill of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services has been promoted to vice chairman, the highest title ranking among producers at the firm. He leads one of the most active industrial teams in Chicago, including Kevin Segerson, Cal Payne, Philip DeBoer, and Genna Nicketta.

Mulvihill has been at CBRE for 10 years, specializing in serving industrial occupier clients across all transaction types, including dispositions, acquisitions, leases, build-to-suits, and investment sales.

For seven of those years, he’s been a member of CBRE’s National Industrial Advisory Council, a select national group of professionals gathering and evaluating business intelligence to develop comprehensive business strategies.

“Matt has become a fixture at CBRE, reliably producing superior outcomes for key clients,” said John A. Latessa Jr., president, Midwest division, CBRE. “The dedication he has shown to his clients and his business is world-class and I am proud to recognize him for this major milestone achievement.”
