Cawley Team Will Lease Up Humboldt Park Creative Offices

Cawley Chicago will act as the exclusive representative to developer IBT Group, LLC in leasing the creative loft space that will become available at IBT’s The Terminal, now undergoing buildout in the West Side’s Humboldt Park neighborhood. The Urban Development team at Cawley Chicago, led by principals Zach Pruitt and Doug Hayes, has the assignment.

Built in the early years of the 20th century as a manufacturing facility for Pyle National Company, The Terminal will become one of Chicago’s first horizontal urban campuses, and a destination for companies of all size ranges, says Cawley. It’s spread out over 6.5 acres, including 2.5 acres of pedestrian-friendly outdoor space.

“This development is a long time in the making and we are excited to start welcoming the many makers, creators, and innovators that will begin to call The Terminal their new home office,” Pruitt said. It’s set to open later this year.
