Cawley Chicago was hired recently to sell a 118-acre master-planned business park in Belvidere, IL known as Crosslink Industrial Park. An asking price wasn’t specified.
The firm’s David Conroy, Carrie Zethmayr and Timothy Gallagher will act as the exclusive representatives on this project, offering land sites from five to 118 acres available for sale or build to suit.
“The site is located directly across from the Belvidere Chrysler plant, making it the perfect place for their Tier 1 suppliers,” said Conroy.
The site is also served by Union Pacific Railroad and a local labor force with 20% of its residents employed in the manufacturing industry, double the national average.
