Belgravia Goes Vertical on West Loop Condos

Belgravia Group, Ltd. launched construction on its latest condominium development, CA6 West Loop, located at 305-323 S. Racine Ave.. The 72-unit, seven-story building, which is expected to deliver its first homes in summer 2022, is already nearly 45% sold. In fact, the building was one of Chicago’s best-selling new-construction city developments in 2020.

“Even with all the challenges that last year brought, Chicago homebuyers recognize a great opportunity when they see it, so it is very gratifying to start construction on a development with nearly 45% of the homes sold,” said David Goldman, co-CEO at Belgravia Group.

He continued, “The sales figures speak not only to our reputation as a developer and CA6’s impeccably designed floor plans, but also the commitment buyers are making to the West Loop, one of Chicago’s hottest and most resilient city neighborhoods.”

Prices start at $837,900 for a three-bedroom/three-bath, 2,160-square-foot unit.
