Quantum Brokers Sale of Single-Tenant Arby’s

Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokered the sale of a single-tenant Arby’s at 15765 S. Harlem Ave., Orland Park, IL. The property sold for just under $1,400,000.

The seller, a California-based development group, redeveloped a former Taco Bell and signed a new, 15-year, absolute net lease with an Arby’s franchisee. The buyer was a private investor, also from California.

Quantum EVPs Dan Waszak and Zack Hilgendorf represented the seller. “The long-term tenant invested significant capital into the building, opening with the latest high-end branding standard Arby’s has implemented nationally,” said Waszak. By signing a 15-year Lease, they showed significant commitment to the site.”

Hilgendorf added, “This transaction shows that there is investor demand for quality property with an essential use.”
