CenterCal Properties, LLC has completed a boutique retail development located at 3060 Fillmore St. in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow neighborhood, 100% leased to three unique and standout tenants: Rumble Boxing, Shake Shack and the Mina Group’s Indie Superette.
Located at the corner of Fillmore and Filbert Streets, the project totals approximately 11,000 square feet.
Notably, this is the City’s first Shake Shack location, and features a communal outdoor patio. The Indie Superette boutique grocer is also a City first from Michael Mina’s Mina Group. And the new Rumble Boxing location marks's the studios fourth Bay Area location.
According to CenterCal’s development manager, Alec Paddock, “3060 Fillmore Street features a complementary mix of unique, new-to-market tenants that we believe will be very successful in the Cow Hollow community.”
