UniStorage Takes 126K SF at Rialto Logistics Facility

UniStorage Inc. signed a lease for 126,399 square feet at 360 S. Lilac Ave. in Rialto. The tenant conducts business as MCE Freight, a U.S. logistic distributor and will occupy the entire industrial building.

Built in 1991, the freestanding industrial building is owned by Westcore Alpha Lilac, LLC. UniStorage is in the process of upgrading the building into a fully functioning logistics services facility.

The building features 11,031 square feet of dedicated shipping/receiving office space, a climate-controlled mezzanine, 17 dock high loading doors equipped with mechanical pit levelers, five ground-level doors, up to 27-foot minimum clear heights, two secured access gates and 97 parking stalls.

NAI Capital Commercial Industrial Services Group’s Vivian Wang represented the tenant. Stream Realty Partners’ Chase MacLeod represented the landlord.

Wang says, “This was an attractive facility for UniStorage because of the location and demographics. The logistics services market has made space, quality and affordable space, a sought-after asset in the Inland Empire.”
